At Noor Wools, most of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

Customized or more detailed pieces may require additional time depending on the design and quantity. If your order requires extra time, we will keep you informed.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched through our delivery partner. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

You will receive your order or shipment details once your package has been dispatched.

Important Notes

• Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct.
• Courier delays caused by weather, holidays or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
• Customized and handmade orders may require additional processing time.
• Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.
